Moulin Deliwala is an enthusiastic millennial and one of the executive managing directors of the SNS Group, Surat’s one of the finest commercial real estate developers. He joined the group executive management team in 2020 and is keenly involved with the business expansion strategy, investment management and operations of the SNS Group. He also sits on the board of SNS groups renewable energy startup venture and is leading the company from ground up.
Moulin graduated from Sarvajanik College of Engineering and Technology (SCET), Surat with a Bachelors in Architecture holding University Gold Medal and received his Masters of Land and Property Development from Texas A&M University, USA. He is a license holder from the Council of Architecture, Government of India and holds prior work experience in the field of Architecture and Real Estate Development in India and the United States. Being highly passionate, he has significantly travelled in Asia, Africa, North America, and Europe. His international exposure has helped him develop excellent cross-cultural communication skills. Lastly, Moulin is an individual with a macro vision and having a high entrepreneurial spirit.
